Where Can I Get my 1098 or 1099 Tax Information?

Inside online banking, the primary account holder will select the Statements and Tax Information button. Click link to enroll to receive tax forms.

Note:

  • Form 1099-INT (interest income) and Form 1099-R (IRA distributions) are only issued when aggregate amounts reported are $10 or more per taxpayer.
  • To obtain the previous year’s tax form, you must enroll in e-tax forms by December 31st of that tax year. Once enrolled, the e-tax form will be generated in January of the following year.
